Author`s view: After losing the first set tie break Yuki came back strongly to win  the following two sets against a player who is more comfortable on clay. Still a good win. Author`s view: After winning the first set she was up a break in the second set but lost the set. But she came back to win the decider. Always good to win  such matches in  straight sets but it also showed Karman`s attitude that she did not let the second set affect her.

In the quarters she is facing Naiktha Bains from Australia ranked 454. Up against a player of her age.
